  1. So many kinds of birds on the Flats! Where's Nov and Dec? I live just south of the Flats and saw my first green parakeet last week. Haven't hear an owl in years here. Glad they're just north of us! (Nor have I seen a crane or swans in years.) More Tits and Sparrows this year than in a while - even more Starlings. But the Wood Pigeons haven't recovered. At least they're still hanging on.
